Exchange, Return & Refund

At Uneon, your comfort and satisfaction are our top priorities. We understand that sometimes things don’t work out. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Returns Eligibility

Due to the intimate nature of innerwear, we accept returns or exchanges only under the following conditions:

• You received the wrong product (wrong size, color, or item).

• The product was damaged or defective upon delivery.

• You received an incomplete order.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as size preference or change of mind, due to hygiene standards.

2. Return/Exchange Request Window

• You must raise a return or exchange request within 3 days of receiving the order.

• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.

3. How to Request a Return or Exchange

To request a return or exchange:

1. Email us at info@uneon.in with your order ID, reason for return, and product images (if applicable).

2. Our team will verify the request and get back to you within 1-2 working days.

3. Once approved, we will initiate a reverse pickup (where available) or ask you to ship the item to our return address.

4. Refunds

• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to your original payment method or issued as store credit, depending on the situation.

• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after the product is received and inspected.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of wrong or damaged items.

5. Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing them, provided they haven't been dispatched.

• Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
